I've lived at Charter Oak for several years and have seen many things deteriorate over the past year. The management used to be great and attended to the tenants needs as well as the property now I have seen a big decline in service, maintainence, upkeep of the property has declined. I've seen several managers come and go in the past year or more and they have not been able to keep up with operations here. The rent continues to go up with very few amentities. Parking is terrible. I would stay if things improved but doesn't look like that will happen so sadly I'm forced to leave an apartment and area I've enjoyed living.

I agree Sue Rettig is an idoit, she does not know what she is doing, the apartment complex has gone to hell.
