the rudest management ever

I have lived here for many years. The current management staff is rude and will lie to you, especially with repairs. I have had problems getting repairs done within the "guaranteed" 24 hours even when it is a high priority such as a broken toilet. That took over 24 hours to fix--when it is your only toilet--that is a SERIOUS problem. Broken major appliances have taken up to a week. You can call or submit your problems online--you still need to hound them to fix anything. The office staff is surley and abrupt. They do not care, they have no customer service skills.
With all the nice condos built recently--you can do MUCH beter for the same price. x-2PE3sjUIIeetAHoKOk

I agree, I've been waiting several days now for a major appliance in my apartment to get fixed. Also some goof broke the pipe in the car wash area and management refuses to it. I understand the frustration with people's carelessness and recklessness but this is what we are paying money for.

This explains why you won't get a walk-through in the apartment you'll rent, rather the available 'model' (which displays new appliances when yours will be 10 years old, minimum). When I moved in, I had a grocery list of items of things that needed fixing -- and I didn't even bring the furniture in yet! Biggest (major) thing: bathroom sink was FLOODING underneath. Remember, I just moved in, and yet they took nearly FIVE days to come by to fix it. Other items I listed they marked as FIXED on the online report, but they were not (including water leakage). Why it is not important to them to prevent the toilet from constantly running or faucets from leaking, I have no idea. You'd think with the ridiculous rent rate, you could at least get good maintenance. And why does the property charge a monthly rent for dogs do not have enough money to put poop-scoop bags and bins around the property is another mystery to me. They have no problem enforcing bogus claims that you were not scooping to bill you a fine, but won't provide facilities to make it easier for the residences.

I agree I lived there and it took them 3 weeks to fix our washer dryer combo, and with a new infant...That was forever! Our toilet took two days, and a broken window in the winter from a golf ball, took 3 WEEKS! IT WAS FREEZING!
