Don't move here. They have the world's worst parking rules. It's a condominium, not an apartment complex in Reston, not Arlington where parking is really tight. All the fat residents complain b/c they can't park right in front which leaves the cool residents, like myself, to park in the VDOT lot because the will only allow 2 cars per unit. If something happens to my car while in the VDOT lot the HOA and Cardinal Management will hear from my counsel, Herby Versmells, Esq. They paved the parking lot and closed half the lot and towed those that didn't move their car saying the provided ample time to find parking alternatives. The posted the notice the day before parking began. The HOA is downright unconstitutional with their rules. Do not buy a place here. You are supposed to have rights as a homeowner. The HOA takes all those rights away. They poured money into the tennis court, which nobody uses, istead of spending money on parking alternatives. I found human feces in the swimming pool on more than seven(7) occasions. Chris, the grounds engineer, is cool. Everybody else isn't. By the way, we once caugth a transvestite living in our garbage room.
