I'm not on the board, nor do I attend meetings. But as an owner, I'm thankful these rules are in place. The area/grounds are very well kept, the appearance is attractive for such an old community. These are not apartments, they are condos, all individually owned. My place is gorgeous, but some others may not be, due to renters. Really depends. Parking is very limited and strict, but I appreciate it. My investment and yours, should be in a well maintained area, not some place that looks like the ghetto.
