Whatever you do, stay away from Chestnut Grove. The H.O.A. or Maffia has extremely wrong priorities. They are way to overzealous on Towing individuald yet the take no steps in enforcing the 15MPH Speed Limit. People fly through here almost everyday, so fast that on occasions I had to run to saftey. The speedbumps are horrible and don't slow anyone down, not do people have any reverance for the community. God forbid you let your child ride their big wheel. Furthermore, some of the members of the HOA have NOTHING better to do than tahe pictures of any indiscresions you way commit and when brought before the pannel, you have no say. They take pride on maintenence, yet the hire the rock bottom cheapest contractors who throw their garbage in the woods that surround the neighborhood. Replacing brown laundry vents which match the face of the buildings with shiny chrome vents that diminish the condos look. And everything you read about the parking is true. They go against Restons own Bi-Laws and never are challenged. The HOA must have a contract with Henry's towing and make a decen't purse. Finally, please do NOT move here and listen to all the Kool-Aid drinkers who say "Oh C.G. is great" for it's a front.
