Before moving in I read all the reviews, most of which are negative. I thought theres no way it can be this bad. I shouldn't have doubted the words of past tenants. This place looks alright, the grounds are kept very clean and appealing, but after a few weeks of living here I quickly figured out I was in for a long lease! The parking IS as bad as everyone says. They have a contracted towing company that comes in the middle of the night to tow cars from visitor spots. The people are as annoying as everyone says. They are very nosey and love to get into other peoples business and get other people in trouble. They will go to any length to report someone for breaking the rules, and to get someone towed or have them lose pool, parking or other priviledges. They would rahter watch to see who is parking in which spot than form a neighborhood watch program (which could be used at night) to help one another out. The condo association/ board members whatever you want to call them is only for owners (fair enough) but takes nothing into consideration that renters have to say.

All in all.. given the opportunity to live here again I would pass it up in a second for somewhere that is a more condusive to what the people want and for a real neighborhood that wants what is best for their neighbors. I hope that anyone reading this takes this serious and understands what they are getting into before moving in to a place like this.
