I have lived here for almost a year.My unit was totaly renovated when I purchased it.The rules are strict and must be in a large complex.People that are towed deserve to be as there is ample parking if you follow the rules.There is a diverse population which is america in the year 2009.Reston is a wonderful place to live.Of course this is condo living and noisy neighbors or people that violate the rules can be a problem.This will occur anywhere.The grounds are kept nice and there is a large outdoor acres to enjoy.
