Owner and community is good.. current management is very harsh

Years at this apartment: 2002 - 2002
 
Living conditions are okay. Neighbours and community are very good.
Parking is very limited. But get penalized heavily. Car get towed even for inspection sticker not getting renewed. Management won't help out.
