Carter Lake is such an awesome place to live at! Granted, I've only lived here for about four months. HOWEVER! The office staff has been nothing but kind and considerate of my situation, and they gave me a kick $%@ apartment to boot. How many people can say they still have a hardwood floor apartment now-a-days -completely renovated'! Aside from a few times where I didn't get my perfect parking space, I don't see why anyone would choose another community :)
