I have lived in several apartments in Northern Virginia since 1996, and Carter Lakes is the only place I have found that consistantly offers a clean, safe, quiet location with everything you could want in a home (other than owning one yourself). I LOVE IT HERE!!! As a single female, I DO feel safe here, am thrilled with the service that the leasing office and the staff provide. This is the first place I've renewed the lease since I moved to VA...The staff and the neighbors are helpful, pleasant, and considerate...This is a fabulous location!
