Carter Lake is a great place to live. The property has a lot of walking areas and wooded paths. The Staff is great and accomidating to your needs, they had even in the past installed a dog park to welcome the extended part of your family. This is a shame that people have nothing better to do with their time than to slander a nice property due to their own faults. And I personaly lived at Carter lake for a year and know Joe personally and believe me he is a real whack job!!!!!! I feel sorry for you Joe, just check on into the nearest mental ward and it will be o.k.
