We moved into Carter Lake as a quick fix for a quick move. A year later we are still here. We have two dogs who love the fact that we live adjacent to a 497(ish) acre park (albeit, tick infested). The staff is always friendly and will do what they can to help you out. Give it a try if you're not sure, they have short term leases!
