Stay away!

****DID YOU KNOW**** about 5 years ago Carter Lake was GOVERNMENT SUBSIDIZED Housing. Yes welfare/section 8 homes. Another reason I?m ready to move out. Yes they may be remodeled, but the quality of construction (money saving government)for such things makes me wonder.

I lived at Carter Lake from 1992 - 2004 and it was never subsidized. I have no idea where that claim came from

I've had a tire punctured three times here and my passenger side door lock was REMOVED. The people living in the community seem respectable, but the nearby apartments host some questionable characters...
