Its located past a school and a narrow road (with parking on both sides) but its a nice quiet AWAY FROM EVERYTHING kind of place. Just cleaned up a lot of trees, but the management is now considering turning them into Condo's, so if you're looking to rent, you may want to get a jump on it ASAP as they are going building to building and "transforming" the buildings into more up to date apartments.

Parking gets slim sometimes, but the management is very quick to respond to a report that there's a vehicle that doesn't belong/expired tags/needs towed away...

considering? No they are not considering they have already said that these are going to be condos. go to there web sight. they even have a price set up. Hello. they even sent out letters to every apartment. That we have first dibs to purchase.
