Well, this certainly isn't the worse place around, but it has its fair share of problems. For one, the buildings are not in great shape. In my bathroom and kitchen the tiles are peeling off, and many parts of the floor and lower walls are showing signs of excessive wear and tear.
Also, people here are LOUD! I don't know if the walls are just that thin or what, but I am constantly hearing the people above me and below me.
The tenants here seem to be predominantly young, which gives this place an almost college dorm feel. Especially since the people below me are constantly having loud parties.
I would have to say the worst thing though, and this is the thing that is gonna kill any prospects that these condo's will be sold, is the fact that there is a HUD housing project literally 100 yards from this complex. Just driving through the HUD complex can be scary at night especially since the people that live there tend to just loiter around the street. And the only way to reach Carter lake is to drive through this nasty ghetto. Basically, you would have to be on crack to buy a condo here!

I couldn't agree with you more...If I were coming to look at the condos for the first time, I would go right around that little cirlce and turn back!
