Looks like these apartments will NOT be going condo. Let's get real: the area is spooky. And I mean, really spooky. As a single woman, I don't think I'd live in the area. Thanks to everyone for their comments on poor construction. COMSTOCK thought it would simply come in and change the cosmetics of this dump. Doesn't seem to have worked out for them.
