Years at this apartment: 2006 - 2007
 
The water has been turned off for three days this month -- no notice, weak apology. They're doing this as part of renovations so they can wring more rent out of newcomers. Meanwhile, existing tenants get the shaft.
THEY LIE TO YOU.
Avoid this place. In the long run, you'll be happier elsewhere.
