Do not believe the high rating on this place. We have been living here for nearly three years and we cannot wait to leave. When we first moved in it was quite and peaceful, but now it is far from that. We can barely keep our windows open at night because of the music pumping out of parked cars, the whining of the toy helicopter, and people yelling outside and not respecting that others may go to bed early because they need to get up early. My main complaint is disrespect and inconsideration by both the renal office and the tenants. As previously posted the office could care less about any of the tenants. In addition to that I would like to say that the clientele here is also extremely inconsiderate: people leave garbage in common areas, slam doors, do not respect quiet hours. My vehicle has been hit twice in the parking lot creating considerable damage. I would not recommend this place to anyone.

what I recommend is that ALL the current and prior tenants get together to file a joint class action lawsuit against Colvin Woods...Combined we should be able to at least make a point...and maybe even get reimbursed for our combined pain!!!
