This apartment is located in a really nice locale ,surrounded by trees.However the apartments are as old as this earth.Either you can put heater or cooler on for a certain period.So if its hot during March there is no way you can switch on the cooler as it does not work as the whole system is working on some old cooling/Heating system.Secondly the maintenance is bad and when we first took the apartment and moved in the first day, there were broken glass pieces all over and when we complained about it to the leasing office they said that it happened because we broke a glass and its not their fault.One fine night the water from the washer/dryer unit from top floor started leaking into my apartment and it almost spoiled our LCD TV.There is a good tennis court and people from other communities play there and we have to wait there for ever and when we complain this to the leasing office, they dont care at all.There are no Laundry units inside apartment and some times you have to wait for ever to get a chance to wash the clothese in the laundry room.So on the whole my experience is really bad and I would not recommend this apartment for anyone.

Definitely agree the staff there is a total waste they are cheats only in America they are left scott free in other places they will thrash the crap out of these guys Imagine this they will take and manipulate you contract means they are cheats cheats can do business only in america as if they are royals
