This is the worst dump I have ever lived in. The rent is not that cheap, and for what you are paying, the managment and up keep are a joke. Our move in date kept being pushed back because they had to install new countertops, and kept installing them incorrectly. Our garbage disposal has always leaked, and after repeated requests to fix it it never has happened. My front door lock has been broken for 3 weeks, and again with numerous requests, has not been fixed. During the big rain storm last July, our apartment flooded because the storm doors were improperly installed. Aparently there had been a slow leak. We told the managment this, and they stated they would just repaint the walls. Obviously this would not stop the leak. Our neighbors toilet has been "fixed" numerous times and still floods their apartment.
It is poorly insulated so you hear EVERYTHING that your upstairs, downstairs and side neigbors are doing.
There was a rapest attacking women close to the apartments, my car was broken into twice. You can smell lit marajuana from other tennants in their apartments. There are always empty beer bottles in the back grassy common area, and there was a used condom by my car this morning. It is not a safe neighborhood. I have nothing nice to say about this facility.

Management company has changed and they truly care about the residents and the upkeep of the property. They have a great professional staff. The new management company has done many improvements to Crescent Apartments,new playground, new windows, new sidewalks, new washers and dryers, the look of the landscape has definitely improved. I am sure that the person that wrote this, is a former resident that probably was asked to leave and is upset at the old management company. I have been living here for 2 months now and my experiencies are all positive. I also like the fact that I can walk to Lake Anne and I can catch the bus in-front of complex.

the new management here at cresecent has improved a lot from the landscaping and upkeep of the property is great truly care about the safety of the other residents and the management staff is great now with a professional outlook for future residents

I honestly believe that these last two posts are from the management and not a true resident. I also lived in Crescent apartments and had the worst experience I have EVER had and will never live in an apartment again. Another poster commented about racism, and that is also apparent with the Management staff.
