Years at this apartment: 2006 - 2007
I have had a wonderful experience living here. Considering that most utilities are included, I feel like I am getting the most for my money living in Reston; as you know could be quite expensive. Management is professional and the heat and AC always work (included utilities). You can hear your neighbors at times but you get use to it. Most neighbors are quite after 9:00 pm. Those who say that it is the ghetto do not know a real ghetto. Thumbs up!
