I moved into Crescent Apartments a few months ago. I had searched the entire Northern Virginia area to try and find a suitable place to live for a good price and Crescent definitely came out on top. On move in day my apartment was all ready and looked great (just like the model, except facing towards a different direction). The staff has been great about solving any problem as quickly as they are able. Having 24/7 maintenance is a great benefit and they really will answer whenever you call! I also love being able to run AC for FREE any time I want. Noise could be a problem depending on who lives above you but the staff is very willing to help. There is tons of parking and you will receive a free parking decal once you sign the lease. I wish there were a washer and dryer in each apartment, but I shouldn't complain seeing as how I've never seen anyone else using our downstairs laundry facility. My one criticism would be that there is a lot to go through before being approved to move in; a renter should keep in mind that it will require a lot of paperwork and verifications so you will probably need to apply at least a month in advance to get everything completed. Overall, I feel very safe and secure at Crescent and think I made the right decision to live here.
