I have to say that the other posts sound like something from Management because I have never heard anything this positive from my neighbors.
They DID resurface the parking lot and curbs and attempted to fix part of the sidewalk. But that is just one improvement on a list of many others that still need to be fixed. It s just the little things that escalate into larger issues. If they would just take the appropriate steps to ensure MAINTENANCE is done on a REGULAR basis, then these normally minor issues won t escalate to HUGE problems.
Leaks that turn into floods; spotty mold that turns into collapsed ceilings; hiring possibly non-licensed contractors to install electric fire alarms putting 4 holes in the ceiling to place 1 line and using a personal blow dryer to dry the spackle.
Its small stuff that they are too lazy or cheap to fix.

I DEFINITELY do NOT agree with the positive posts. It sounds too much like Management trying to interfere with the truth in order to get new tenants.
