I have lived in Crescent apartments for (2) years, Maria in the office is very freindly. When we moved in it was crowded and hard to park, now with the income guidelines more vacanices, but also we see people drinking in front of the units at night, we moved out when my wife started getting cat-calls in the morning on her way to work. My sons breathing had difficulties when we lived there (if you do move here do not choose a ground level, extremely noisy in the unit and moldy).

If you do qualify, if you are male, and looking for cheap rent that is central to Reston I would recommend an top floor unit

If you have a family, care about their safety, don't want them harrassed, than keep your distance.
