When I first came to Crescent apartments I was very pleased with what I seen. Any maintenance issues I had were taken care of in a timely fashion and the management was helpful. Over time it has change. Most of the maintenance people do not speak english and when you try to tell them something they just repeat what it is they came there for. Management has gone down hill. They let go one of the few English speaking personal to only replace them with someone who is bi-lingual which is great for them but bad for other reasons. Management seems be in no rush to get your problems addressed. I have heard from other residence about mice or even roaches being in some of the first floor apartments. I haven t seen any but I have an upper unit. I have come home to find the maintenance people hanging out in front of my unit on a daily basis. Which over time make me wonder what are they supposed to be doing while their hang out in front of the building. But I guess sometimes you get what you pay for. The rent is cheap compared to other apartments in the area. I used recommend the place to others but now I am not so sure. SROlYjGrgm2VnM-SactV
