And I am sorry my income increased to the point I made too much to live here by the income guidelines. The maximum income level dropped last year.

I loved living here for the year I stayed here. I had no problems with crime, parking, insects, pests, or bad neighbors. Every experience with the leasing staff was positive as were any maintenance requests. I heard my downstairs neighbor's tv at night for a time, but after speaking to him about it, it stopped.

I loved the location, the grounds, and the layout of the apartment. The included utilities was a huge bonus. I would still be living there if my income allowed me to. Great prices too.
