The walls, floors/ceilings are so thin that I can hear everything the upstairs neighbors are doing. They are so noisy and my ceiling/their floor is so thin that I can't get a moment's peace. I never had such a problem when I lived in other apartment complexes. I complained to the management about the lack of sound proofing, but they refuse to do anything.

Also, the other tenets are not that great. There was a gang fight in front of my window one night and I had to call the police. There are often young men loitering around the grounds. This, as a young woman, makes me especially nervous.

I would not recommend this place to anyone, and I am in the process of moving out.
