Years at this apartment: 2001 - 2002
 
Monthly rent includes all utilities except water & sewer (approx.$30 month extra for 2 br; $20 mo. for 1 br), cable TV is also extra. Parking is tight, but they tow unauthorized cars with a vengence. Management extremely responsive to requests. Rooms are larger than newer apartments, and many units have parquet floors. Large balconies with deep overhangs.
