The location is great and the rooms are large. The sound proofing is non-existent. I can hear my neighbors conversations at normal levels. My very rude neighbors frequently pound on their ceiling when all I'm doing is walking through the apartment. My apartment was vandalized and the management did nothing and expressed no concern. I do not feel safe at night in this neighborhood. I do not feel I can even take my trash out after dark. The apartments are old and there are repairs needed frequently. I find that the maintenance people are not only incapable of doing most repairs they are rude as well. On several occassions I have had maintenace in my apartment to fix items in the kitchen or bathroom only to find that they have been in my bedroom as well. Creepy!! While the mangement has guidelines about how many people may live in a one bedroom apartment, frequently there *multiple* families in one bedroom apartments.

There are better places to live, do not be taken in by location size and price!
