I'm surprised by the number of negative reviews for Fairway, as I have had a very pleasant experience for three years. My kitchen and bathroom were re-done before I moved in, and everyone who visits me comments on how nice the apartment looks, with huge windows, tree views, etc. It IS an older building, but that only means more spacious and, in my opinion, better built. Have had nice quiet neighbors, and the only troublesome neighbor was dealt with by management, who have always been very friendly and responsive.
