I moved in Sept. '04 with two other roommates and we've enjoyed living there. Some pointers: Get to know your neighbors and notify/invite them to any parties. Ask them to knock on your door if you get to rowdy instead of calling police. Paint the walls, as along as you paint them back white when you leave. It helps make the place you own. In unit washer/dryer, plus some paid utilities are awesome! Nice area, well lite at night, feels safe to walk a dog at night. Close and within walking distance to a Reston pool. Great wonderful trees to shade the area and look while sitting on your balcony after work. Possibly turning the apts. into condos, so watch out for that.
