You can hear everything the walls are thin as paper. Maintenance takes so long to fix things that I would rather just fix things myself. If the unit does not have a washer and dryer forget it. You are better off going to the laundromat because the neighbors leave their clothes in the laundry room for DAYS...and/or take your clothing out of the washer/dryer. Someone took my clothes out of the dryer while it was still going and dried their clothes with my money! Don't bother to complain to the office for anything because they could care less. All they want is your money and for you not to complain about problems with your unit. Beware of the renovations going on...the floors will still creak and the walls will still be thin. They are doing cosmetics to fool people into paying more rent. Believe me it is worth it to pay more money to go elsewhere.
