Moved into the house and found two big holes in the roof - holes that were cut out to repair some hot water pipe leaks.



The carpet is crappy and I barely managed to live in the apartment for a year - looks like some carpet picked up from the dumpster.



The laundry is not great - often have some irresponsible neighbours leaving their clothes in the washer and Dryer for hours together( sometimes days).



If you are living in the ground floor - God help you - the rain water will flood into your so called portico.



The office staff is rude and they really don?t care about what you complain - they are just there to collect their monthly paycheck.



The neighbourhood is not so great, you get only one visitor tag and if you have more than a visitor on the weekend who is going to stay with you in the night - you better get to know that early( by 5 pm) or else you are screwed as the office is closed and you cannot get an extra parking tag and you have no choice but to ask your visitor to park it on the main road( off street parking) unless you want it to be towed( well, you do have an incentive there - you get a $20 discount if your vehicle is towed as you are in Fairway, it is $70, other places it is $90 - :) ).



Good Luck if you choose to stay here - the rent is not actually that great - look around a little bit and factor in all the above and you will find some better apartments.
