Our rent went up from $1100 to $1300 a month the day our one year lease expired and two months from now it will go up to almost $1500 a month wheather we like it or not!!! Luckily we are moving out at the endo of February so we do not have to deal with this shady place anymore.

The apartments are spacious and it looks very nice when you come the first time since it is close to the town center as well, but soon you notice that is not what it is like once you live at Fairway Apartments.

There is no visitor parking, I had my own cars (rental etc) towed three times! Management does not care at all about this, but they will give you the towing company number that is somewhere in nowheresville in a dark rural area of Sterling, it will take you a good hour to get there to pick up your car and pay a lot of money.

Laundry is terrible if you do not have one in your unit. The building laundry machines most of the time do not work and you will waste your money.

If you do not have a car it is very unsafe to walk around as you might get a friendly greeting by thug looking young crowds.

There are roaches also, not too many but they are here with us.

Very thin walls, you can hear your upstairs neighbors every move, it is rediculous.

Please look around the area and find something else. I am sure you can find a much better apartment complex cheaper and better.

Good luck....and stay away from Unfairway Apartments!!!!
