Main complaint is the noise. You will be able to hear all activities coming from other apartments, especially if you live on the first or second levels. Noise from parking lots (i.e., horns blowing) is also annoying.

Quality of inside construction/fixtures is poor. However , rooms are a good size.

Cost of rent is okay. Quality of service from office and maintenance staff is excellent.
