Fairway Apartment is one of the nicest apartments in the Reston community. Due to price increase and management change, overall handling of new resident has been questioned.

People works in the office are very nice and friendly except the Property Manager Terrie Hubble. She will say anything to get people interested in the apartment and change her mind/words after signing the lease agreement. She can not keep her own promises with related to viewing, moving date, and sign in the lease agreement and pick-up keys.

She wants to make more money out of the new residence as much as possible, miss-using her authorities. I do not believe she fit to be a property manager for Fairway Apartments (or part of JBG Companies).

Fairway Apartments need a good Manager who would treat all residence equally and fairly without any discrimination or miss treatment.
