I agree that things in 2006 did not look so great at Fairway. However, in the past 6 months or so, we have gotten a new property manager (Lida Amir), and she is whipping Fairway into shape. The grounds have improved, the parking lot has been improved with painting new lines, and widening handicapped spaces, the management office has been improved to give you a more warm feeling when you walk in, and the staff is great. Maintenance responds to issues the same day, or early the next day. I am really enjoying my residence here at Fairway. I highly recommend that anyone looking for a place to live, strongly consider checking it out. And utilities are included!
