I've lived in Fairway Apartments for almost a year now. We (my boyfriend and I) are moving out only because we are leaving the area. After reading the reviews, it sounds like a horrible place, but it's not so bad. I mean, it's an apartment, whyat do you expect' The people who have lived in them don't take care of them, so of course there are some problems. We have never had a bug, mouse or rat problem. We live on the first floor, and the back patio may flood when it rains really hard for a long time, but you're not supposed to keep much of anything back there anyway (although we do). The floor in the dining room is slanted from the water settling the foundation, but I don't care. It still holds my stuff. The only thing that annoys me is the shower is always clogged. But I just call the front office and they send a maintenance man with a super duper plunger and it's fixed for a couple months. The maintenance man said he couldn't fix it for good, but at the first sign of a clog, I call them up. Every time I pay my rent, there are new people in the front office, but if I had to put up with all the annoying people who left the bad reviews, I'd probably quit too.

Yes, I can hear every movement my upstairs neighbors make. But I've never lived in a place where I can't. It's just the price you pay to have a walk out balcony.

The apartment is super spacious, and I don't know how I'm going to have to live in a smaller place.
