I have a two BR on the very nice golf course (Private). I have never had a problem with the tennats or the staff. Yes, it is older but fairly well maintained and I have never requested any service in the 9 months that I have lived here. My space was chosen because it offered the most for the money. I enjoy the easy access to the toll road and the great proximity to shopping and entertainment. These apartments are a value - Diverse population, socio-economically, and I could see how this could make some uncomfortable. That being said - I am not threatened.
