This management company is completely ridiculous in terms of the charges after tenants move out. We spent an entire day cleaning the apartment after we moved everything out and the unit was literally the same condition as when we moved in, except for some minor stain on the carpet. Therefore, we were ok for that carpet steaming charge. The other charges are absolutely clueless.

Repaint all walls''' The walls were close to perfect when we moved out. I don't see any reason why they charged $200 for that.

Cleaning unit''' It was very clean and I don't see why they billed $300 for that.

Replacing blinds''' This is the most ridiculous part. The blinds were perfect. If they decided to replace it to some more fancy type, why charging that to us' The blinds were in the same condition as when we moved in.

I am not going to deal with them myself. Fortunately, I took photos when I moved out, which show that everything was fine. So I will send the ridiculous bill and my photos to my lawyer and send this shameless company to court if necessary.
