Although the place is cheap, it's just not worth it. I'd rather spend a little more money for something a little nicer.

Rodents that I've personally seen INSIDE the buildings: mice, chipmunks, squirrels and flying squirrels. I haven't seen a rat, but I suspect there are some in certain buildings. Also, there are bats, but they aren't rodents. ;)
