My wife and I recently renewed our contract. We have been very happy with our stay here and look forward to another year. We have had very few problems and the front office staff has usually been very helpful. We enjoy the in-unit washer and dryer and our appliances are fairly new. The apartment is huge and the electric is included, so we enjoy the comfort of our climate control without sweating the bill.
Recently the retaining wall around the playground was renovated and the grounds have just been mulched and tended. We are happy with the landscaping and the presence of mature trees. Overall, the place is well kept and maintained.
We look forward to the warmer weather and the wooded trails that lead from the apartment to Lake Anne with its great Farmer's Market and boat rentals. Other attractions that we enjoy within walking distance are the Reston Town Center and Reston Association's pools, tennis courts and parks.
We give Fairway Apartments two thumbs up!!

Just wait and we will ask you when you give the notice to vacate then management action will start.They are not bad but worse.....
