i lived there for a year and didn?t have a horrible experience but compared to where i?m living now, that place blows!

Cheap rent,
living above the rental office and being able to make more noise at night time without having the neighbors complain all the freakin time!
Con?s
If you come come after 11:00pm or so, expect to end up parking out on North Shore Dr. and if you have a friend over, be sure to have them park outside the complex, or it will be towed in a matter of minutes
neighbor?s who don?t understand it?s rude to leave your cloth?s in the washer/dryer for days
