Harbor Park - Not worth the money

I currently live at Harbor Park but am eagerly searching for other living accomodations. I just recently received my renewal and am experiencing a rent increase of of 25%! The quality of the community is average. There is an amenity fee for the use of the pool, which is extremely small for this community. The pool can only hold about 10 people comfortably and the depth only reaches 3 feet. The gym is a small room with 3 cardio machines and a home weight set. The layout of the apartment is nice, however the quality of the cabinetry and carpet is sub-par. Other neighboring apartment communities offer more in the way of amenities and features of their apartments. Don't waste the money. P0MtU6TIdDkM23RTonAS
