Apartment Rent Increases OUTRAGEOUS!!!

I have lived in this complex for over 2 years and have to move due to a rent increase of 25%.

There was no negotiation or flexibility on behalf of management.

Here's my assessment of facility:

- Maintenance responds quickly
- Office staff friendly, but not overly helpful although lots of turnover.
- Nice walking trails in the area and convenient location.
- Appliances and apartments starting to show their age (a little worn out).

My advice - avoid unless you want rental increase surprise.

Decent place, but not the value for what you pay!!!
