Harbor Park

 

I've lived at Harbor Park for 2 years and am overall very happy.

I'm reading these other reviews and laughing because when they say they got a 25% increase they don't talk about the original deal.

I rented my three bedroom apartment at $1200 for the first year and a half.

Then my renewal went up to $1525.

I looked around, but all other apartments were renting smaller units at $1699.

I got a great deal for the first 1 1/2 years and still have one! I'm not going to complain now!

Parking is great, no visitors tags, No towing! Always space available.

Office staff is very friendly, quick and helpful.

Always offering a cup of coffee or cookies each time I pass through.

Good customer service is hard to come by- I'll take it!

Business center is wonderful--high speed access and stocked with all the supplies I need- disks, paper, ink, scissors, notepads..etc...

It's a small place and I, as a residents, am always treated as if I were a neighbor instead of a stranger...

Love it and have recommended two friends that have moved in and one that is moving in August 2004.

(She got a great deal and I got a great referral fee-$250!)
