I lived here for two years after having lived in an Archstone community in Fair Oaks. The difference is night and day! Harbor park, run by Bozutto, is absolutely amazing!
The staff is courteous, professional, helpful and honest. I made frequent use of the business center and would also just hang out in the club house. Quite a few good parties were given in the club house by my friends, and I have fond memories of them.
The maintenance staff is very good, and comes if there is a problem. Shops and entertainment are very close by.
The wooded environs make the place nice and quiet, something I very much enjoyed.
I am moving now, and will certainly look to see if Bozutto is managing any properties near my new job.
