Years at this apartment: 2006 - 2007
 
Lived here four months now, did quite an extensive search before picking a place. Very friendly staff. Good maintenance, no real problems. Area is nice with jogging, shopping, eating near by, though a little to sleepy for night-life. A little pricey but overall satisfied with the value.
