I've lived here for about two years. Rent increases are pretty steep so I'll be moving in the spring. What I pay is not worth it for what I'm renting. Other posters mentioned dog poop and yes..there is dog poop all over the place. I used to pick it up when I was out with my dog, but quit when my rent skyrocketed. I, too, have heard the management staff talk about residents while in the business center. And, yes, the nice attitude is a fake nice. Unfortunately I think that is endemic of the property management world. This is a good place to stay for one year and then get out. On my floor, every single apartment has turned over in the last 12 months, with the exception of one unit. And those people are leaving in the Sping, too. 3mPoZ6gGN6wTPgNi4L2C
