I love Bozutto and I lived here for 1 year and then moved to Monroe Place because it was newer. All the good reviews about Harbor Park and true, it is overall a wonderful place.

The staff at Harbor Park was amazing from the first day I went to look at apartments and equally great the day I moved out. They didn't hit me with high fees on moveout like every other apt. complex ive lived in in Northern VA. The maintenance people were WONDERFUL and always came right away.

The location is GREAT, it is very naturey, lots of trees and right near a bug park and a lake. I still go to the park a lot even tho i have to drive there now. Lots of great walking trails too. It is very quiet there overall. The grounds were overall very nice except for occasional dog crap on sidewalks, but it is a very dog friendly and naturey kinda place tho.

The buildings are kinda old, the carpet was old, and my apt was a bit drafty, but they kept the apts up as well as they could considering how old they were. But the insulation was kinda bad around the windows and doors when it got REALLY cold. This is typical NOVA apartment construction, they are all kinda similarly built i think.

I didnt like living beside the school, I heard gunshots over there twice which was really scarey, and I reported it to the police. I cant say that this was Bozzuto's fault in any way and this was totally random, but I feel I have to write about it here and be honest.
